As a Software Deployment Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the company’s product's successful

deployment and integration across various client environments. You will work closely with clients, internal

development teams, and project managers to manage the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring

seamless installations and configurations that meet client requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the software deployment of the company’s product for clients

worldwide.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their environment and requirements, ensuring customized

deployment strategies.

• Conduct pre-deployment assessments and prepare environments for software installation.

• Perform software installations, configurations, and integrations, ensuring optimal performance

and security.

• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues, working closely with internal and client

teams.

• Create and maintain detailed deployment documentation, including installation guides,

configuration manuals, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Continuously improve deployment processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and client

satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent

work experience.

• 2+ years of proven experience in software deployment, installation, and configuration, preferably

in the cyber industry.

• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) to streamline

deployment processes.

• Experience with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and virtualized

environments (VMware, Hyper-V).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and

internal teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent English.

Experience with Docker and Ansible will be a plus
