Strong expertise in managing and delivering CIS services, with a focus on ensuring system readiness and compliance with Service Level Agreements, demonstrated proficiency in IT services engineering, configuration and change management processes, robust leadership abilities to motivate and mentor team members, should also have a solid understanding of budget planning, project management, and the ability to conduct risk assessments to address obsolescence and support operational requirements within a NATO context.
