Head of Financial Management and Reporting Department
Prepares reports and submits them to the Board of Directors/General Director and the Sector Director/Director of the Directorate.Works with the Director of the Finance Directorate to prepare reports and submit them to institutions like the Insurance Supervision Agency, National Insurance Bureau, Public Revenue Office, etc.Monitors financial results and controls expenses of organizational units and branches to ensure they are within set limits.Prepares quarterly, annual, and other reports as requested by the company's management.Prepares or assists in preparing income and expense plans.Participates in fulfilling obligations to the regulator, external auditors, and other relevant institutions.Proposes and takes measures to avoid financial risks for the company.Collaborates with external auditors.Prepares the budget, periodic financial plans, and income and expense plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and submits them for approval.Performs other duties as requested by superiors.
