We are currently looking for a talented .NET Software Engineer for L3 Support on behalf of one of our major clients in the Telecommunications sector.

Location: Athens, Greece (hybrid)

Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience

.Technical Skills:

  • .NET Framework & Core: Expertise in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting applications; ASP.NET MVC, .NET RESTful API design and integration.
  • Netvolution CMS: Strong knowledge of architecture, customization, and API usage; hands-on with module/plugin development.
  • Web Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery; experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus (Optional).
  • Database: Skilled in SQL Server, schema design, optimized queries, and performance tuning.
  • Debugging: Advanced troubleshooting (e.g., memory leaks, stack trace analysis) using tools like Visual Studio, Fiddler, and Postman.
  • Version Control & CI/CD: Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Cloud (Optional): Familiar with Azure services (App Services, Functions) and scalable deployments.
  • Performance & Security: Optimize performance and ensure secure coding practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and critical thinking under pressure.
  • Communication: Clear communication with teams and strong documentation skills.
  • Collaboration: Agile/Scrum experience; mentoring juniors.
  • Time Management: Prioritizing tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

Experience:

  • Work: 3–6 years in .NET development; CMS-based projects (preferably Netvolution).
  • L3 Support: Knowledge of workflows, ticket escalation, and root cause analysis.

Education & Certifications:

  • Degree: Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Preferred Certifications (Optional): Microsoft .NET Developer, Azure Developer Associate
