Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure marketing automation solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Moosend, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing automation workflows.
  • Ensure proper data integration between platforms to support personalized and targeted campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
