Marketing Platform Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure marketing automation solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Moosend, Mailchimp, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing automation workflows.
- Ensure proper data integration between platforms to support personalized and targeted campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working with marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
