Director of Finance Directorate
Prepares and reviews reports and submits them to the Board of Directors and the Sector Director.Prepares or supervises reports for external institutions: Insurance Supervision Agency, National Insurance Bureau, Public Revenue Office, etc.Calculates the liquidity ratio on a daily basis.Oversees payroll and other employee compensation processes, as well as payments for brokers, lawyers, and experts.Monitors financial transactions and tracks financial performance, ensuring expenses align with established limits.Prepares quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports for senior management and suggests new reports to better monitor the company’s financial status.Oversees the investment process of financial resources and proposes investments of temporarily available funds, in accordance with the nature of insurance and relevant laws.Provides recommendations for timely payments of company obligations.Participates in the development of income and expense plans.Assists with premium collection and compensation processes.Monitors daily reports on financial movements, cash flow, etc.Coordinates with external regulators, auditors, and other relevant institutions.Organizes the process for recording paid claims and ensures appropriate communication with the Claims Department.Manages communication with banks regarding financial transactions.Implements measures to mitigate the company's financial risks.Proposes periodic financial plans (monthly, quarterly, and annual).Issues orders to reconcile actual and accounting balances of assets and liabilities monthly, and at the end of the year.Performs other duties as requested by superiors.
