We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join our team on behalf of a major University in Limassol, Cyprus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the server-side software, connecting and managing databases, and ensuring the security and efficient processing of data, all while ensuring that the website functions smoothly and securely.

Working Model: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage server-side applications and databases for the University’s new website.
Ensure secure and efficient data processing and system performance.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to integrate the server-side logic with the website’s front-end.
Implement database management and optimize backend systems to support the website’s functionality.
Perform regular testing and troubleshooting to ensure the website operates securely and efficiently.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in database management and back-end system development.
Strong expertise in PHP and server-side development.
Proven experience in working with databases and backend frameworks.
Excellent communication skills in Greek & English (both written & verbal).
